    You are looking at the Express Entry - Next Steps message. It is asking for either your PNP nomination or for you to be registered with Job Bank. You have 30 days to do either of these, I'd suggest that you register with Job Bank (its easy takes 5 mins) so you dont miss the expiry.

    Do you have a profile in the CIC EE pool? If so, one of your first messages should be the confirmation that they are after. Log in to MyCIC and have a look - should say 'Welcome to Express Entry' and will download as a PDF.

    The BC PNP processing times are 4-5 months, someone in the PNP forum that applied on the 2nd of July also visited the office and was told about a week ago that he can expect to be processed in the next fortnight. So fingers crossed, you might have an answer from BC PNP soon!

    What country are you from in terms of getting another IEC visa? From what I understand (happy to be wrong) the open work permit would not be an option until you have an ITA and AOR for PR.
