My understanding is that if they have any type of valid Canadian visa, their file will be transferred to Ottawa.

Yes, after days of trying, I finally got the application linked. FYI- My husband was not a co-signer, I entered 3 as number of applicants and it went through.

Where can I get their UCI. The only UCI printed on the sponsorship approval document is mine.

Is there any guideline for how to link the application. I have got my SA back in June. I just realize Ecase is different from my CIC. Any combination I selected to link the accounts I get error. Who will be the applicant, is that sponsor or parents?
