It takes around one week for re-medicals to pass as per current trend. I guess your hospital might have not uploaded it which has caused delay in your case. Call and check with hospital.
If you are in ip1 or have review required, I would suggest you to wait. Did you order gcms notes? Are there any red flags on your application? You need to know all this first before taking any steps.
Don’t believe them buddy!
My friend got ppr yesterday, exactly one week from medicals done. She got ghost update a day before getting ppr. You should also get yours latest by Tuesday. Good luck
Once your medicals are passed give them atleast a week time before taking any action from your side as it can backfire and delay your ppr email. I am sure you will get it this week itself so just sit back and enjoy the moment.
They used to send procedural fairness letter to explain the case and people have submitted relevant documents and were through but seeing last 3-4 cases I am surprised to see straightaway rejection.
After 10 months they are refusing, what's wrong with these guys?
I feel sad for you but i am sure you will make correction and reapply again. Do let us know you need any help.
Hahaha. That was hilarious!
Everyone has opinion and I respect what other people say. @sid1987 has experience about the situation and it’s nothing wrong in sharing with the group but his tone is different which might sound offensive to others.
Your eligibility was review required earlier and then it was changed to met by the agent. Nothing to worry as it is met now. If you still have doubts you can check status on 2nd page of gcms notes. If it says met that means it is no longer under review required. I hope it is clear now.
100 percent. All steps might have been completed on your file that’s the reason they asked for remedicals. The sooner you submit the quicker you will get ppr. I have heard it takes anywhere from 1 week - 3 weeks post remedicals to get ppr.
10 months for express entry and additional months for pnp nomination. It’s not piece of cake for everyone. Anyways, it’s nothing to do with officers, it’s just that person got refusal so might be depressed so you can tackle it in a more polite way.
Yes I was trying to say same thing. There was issue with either one of the documents because of which his CRS score has come down below the cut off for that draw which ultimately lead to refusal.
I would suggest to decline for now as anyways you would be reaching good score after sometime and you would easily get ITA in coming draws.
Why to accept ITA and wait till you complete 3 years experience. It doesn’t makes sense. Don’t complicate things. Keep it simple.
If I can recall you had review for your ITA score. Did your score fall below the cut off for that particular draw? Were you asked for any additional documents ? If you try to figure out you can reopen your file.
