There is another thread about ICT processing where some folks replied that they got PPR on 27-28 aug. They had their biometrics on aug 4-5 I think they applied from USA but you can double check.

Yes it does say 7 weeks online. People are getting approvals in 3 weeks and some folks have been waiting since June. Fingers crossed !
