Why you don't you just book your ticket with Saudia, they have direct flight from Riyadh to Toronto with one stop in Jeddah. Might be an extra $200 but it's worth it

No it will not be returned to you but as these guys mentioned it's better to send everything from the get go. I personally submited my app without them and it wasn't returned
