I have printed my Generic Application form (IMM0008) and validated it. It generated 8 pages and the 7th page have 8 sets of 2D barcode and the last page generated 2 sets of 2D barcode followed by the Consent and Declaration of the Applicant (where you Sign and Date the form). Is this normal...

For the new guide, the Personal Net Worth Statement form is not included anymore because the Visa Office Specific Form is not in the form package list. But I read in some post that they still include this form. Do I need to have this document in my application? My POF is purely cash deposits...

In my humble opinion, I will not show that IELTS results if I believe in my guts feeling that it may cause me a rejection on my application. Better to review more and prepare to take another IELTS exam for improvement. :)
