    U mean if I recieve ITA in June and will travel to home country for 3 weeks in Aug so I need PCC till Aug. Even if I am outside my home country since last 2 years. THIS is a actual case which I will go through..... And Proof of funds needs to be only on primary applicant name ..... spouse...
