We need to be realistic as readers see these posts. never has any month completed all processing in 7 or 8 months. so it is not realistic to hope 'everyone' gets an invite in February The standard process AVERAGE is 12 months. We have a good four months to go to even hit 80%

updated It seems the IRCC has some scheduling issues. At least you have something scheduled. More than half still are waiting to hear from them and some of us are not expecting anything for another 4 months due to location.
