OK I got it to calculate percent on the AOR. It works similar to excel. I am not sure though how to keep my changes in the official sheet. I was able to do it by just accessing. Do I just leave or is there an update process or a check in and out process?

Most of the ones reporting receiving their AOR are for those received on Juine 3 to 5 so far. They are also mostly frrom Alberta and Southern Ontario. Your receipt date is June 7. I would suggest you are early next week onwards.
