    I got same message and spoke with an agent who confirmed same information. The agent said they are waiting for a framework to do landing and that she cant say when maybe two week, one month or two. But I guess we should see some positive direction by mid May.

    You are going to ruin your application if you do that at this stage. Ircc will see that as misrepresentation and will affect your application. You have to wait until you cimplete the entire process and your pr. Then start your spousal application. My 2 cents

    It depends on your previous status of your application if you know it. The ghost update suggest there is a new development in your apolication which nobody in this forum can answer correctly unless you speak with ircc agent when they are back at work hopefully next week
