I sent my documents on 26th September 2018 and they sent e-mail on 28th December 2018 that they received my documents. After that I tried to link my application to my online account, but I am not able to do that . E-MAIL what I received is AOR? Or do I get any other communication.

i am not sure it is AOR, i received e-mail communication that they received my doc and i need to link my application to online account within 7 days. which i am facing difficulty to link.
