Actually you can re-apply within 24 months leaving your job. Just don’t give up. However, you should seriously consider taking legal actions over MIDI because it’s not your fault at all.

I’m British citizen living in Hong Kong. Applied online, it’s processed by the visa office in Hong Kong. It was approved under a month.

I’ve also heard that most applicants whose TEFAQ scores were lowered by CCIP/MIDI took the test last year, and that the same situatution rarely happened this year.

I don’t know what SPP is, but if you have earned a bachelor’s and even some other degrees, you’re unlikely to be issued a study permit if you applied with an offer from another bachelor’s programme.

You’re free to change school after getting your study permit as long as the school you intend to swap to is also a DLI.

I’m sorry, but with a 3rd honours classification I don’t think many schools would consider your application. You can try. Good luck.
