As long as you explain everything clearly and don't lie in your EE application - you should be fine. Visa refusal from US shouldn't impact your EE application as long as you're in the clear.

Your application status in MyCiC should change to 'approved' and the passports will be returned back to you along with COPR. Then you'll land as a PR whenever you intend on doing so. Hope this helps !!

This only holds true if you were in Canada on a student permit. If you acquired work exp outside Canada and it meets the requirements of the # of hours etc to be counted as work-exp: this should work fine.

Hey there, I have put it as full-time exp in my EE profile. Although I interned for 361 days but I put a LOE saying that it should be considered as 1 year of exp because its just 4 days short.

Depends on where you are. If you're already in the US -->you can go your local police station and get it done there. They will print you on the standard FD258 form and then you can mail them to FBI with other forms. If you're outside US - not sure but I am sure there will be livescan locations...

This answer should come from your ECA agency. I got mine through WES and for that we sent all of our trascripts, degree to the university. They attested it, sealed it and sent it to WES.
