I guess they have sent mail to redo IELTS for everyone they wanted, so may be the rest of us can continue the wait for PPR.

So far only one British Council person got request to redo IELTS. Not sure if anyone else received today.

Around 10-12 ppl who had completed Medicals have received mail to redo IELTS from CVO. Check the colombo thread.

When are you taking your exam?

It's hard to say the issue is based on a test center. The reason being everyone had their tests done in different centres across the country. But let just keep waiting.

Now I think why they want us to redo IELTS. It might be because they can't finish processing files by Jan end. So to get more time, they are asking us to redo the test. >:(

2 persons from BC got mail to retake IELTS. Only one person had his ielts expired. The other guy still has validity for his IELTS.

So far only one BC person was asked to redo IELTS, rest all are IDP.

Bro, the thread you mentioned refers to the delay in publishing the results by British Council. It has got nothing to do with re-doing IELTS requested by CIC.

Have you tried asking them y you need to send it again?

I guess most everyone who got to ReDo IELTS took their test from North India (it still doesn't make sense). Any other thoughts? Or may be they are trying to buy more time.

Even if the min criteria has changed now, it shouldn't affect us. Have you got any updates?
