For me it's Medicals Received is the last line updated in ecas.

I submitted my Passport for stamping today @ Chennai.

You'll get the mail on the email address to which medical results were sent. Nothing will change in ecas, it will only show Medicals received. I'm so happy for you brother. You have been waiting for a long time after Medicals

Yes, CVO issued almost 20 PPRs this week.
