Scan and email medical papers that you got from your Doctor. Remember to mention your name, file number and uci number when you email your documents. Good luck,

Yes it is normal sir. You can manually add your name and UCI number on the receipt by a pdf reader software. It is better to add your name by a font in red color so that it can be easily distinguished. That is how I have sent my RPRF. Good luck
