From what I have read on the forums, the sponsor is not allowed, however you may let the interviewing officer know that your sponsor is with you and waiting outside, so they know you are not alone

Just to add to what everyone is already telling you...don't worry...also if they say anything about it being high, you say that you were anxious about your medical and the process in general so that would lead to a reading that was not quite normal. Which I'm sure they have already factored in...
