no criteria for bc PNP. i think it depend upon you luck ,when the officer pick your file and approval.

Monday i visited border for my wife's open work permit then the officer said that they can issue only if you have any type of job offer (not necessary essential services these days).

no. nowadays if you have any job offer then you can go to border and they will issue you work permit.

Congratulations . when you apply for PNP. you must goto border if you have job offer. otherwise it takes appox 3 to 4 months.
