it is highly likely that they are just the different wording for same thing used by different analysts after they reviewed your case.

met means a case analyst has already reviewed your case and he or she considered that you met the eligibility requirements. not just r-10 passed. r-10 is done by a primary assistant before case analyst.

As long as they feel any of your employment record should not be counted, then they will mark review required. And if it makes your points drop below that of the round, then the specific criteria will also be required. If not, then it doesnt matter. I have one employment record review required...

I think 39 should be pool as in the test paper it doesn't have some in it and the verb in the audio is "is". I remember it says it has a pool that is not been detected, something like this.
