Yes, it is happening for me now. I just checked the status, it is changed to In Process. I have not received the medical request yet, or may be my lawyer is holding it up. Going to mail my lawyer and check. I just hope my application is not in the process of rejection.

Can you please post your timeline here in this thread, so I can update the spreadsheet?

I got PCC from Toronto. They issued a clearance letter (which I submitted to CIC), in addition to that they placed a seal on the passport stating PCC was issued.
