I agree with you, but In my case with CIC, notes were requested on April 8 1pm PST, CA note on EE were done on April 10 at 10:57, notes generated April 10 at 11:37. So it's not ADR or external correspondence...not sure what to think. In my line of work I wouldn't be putting notes on file...

ATIP notes are generated by CIC, just not by the officers working on files... I work for the federal gov and ppl can get notes from files I work on. Never had to freeze the account for it, but CiC may have different policy. That's why i wonder if anyone actually got PPR shortly after ordering...

Not helping, I've tried when I was offered a promotion and It was also after everything set to pass and waiting to be finalized. Got a generic response and it's been weeks with no update :(

Yes they do have numbers, and some require that you call them an confirm booking with pets. There's was a stop for me in Toronto ( after 10h on flight) and they have a pet area, most airports do. My dog was peaking out of open bag all the time, worst that can happen is they warn you to close...

It doesn't matter if you have a consultant or not. You can order notes and get it in you email, without removing their authorization.

I've received my notes today. I can tell you that agents on the phone are not giving right information. There is so many differences between what I've been told and what's in the notes. Another observation is that my file was picked up and EE done 2 days after I requested my notes. Not sure...
