I hope so!! But no update since long time, my application was with legal name change request but couple of month ago I had sent webform about not to change name and keep it as it is.. Do you know any case like this?? Or any idea???

I am just about to complete 13 month of application...today I called them and they says nothing is done in my file and it is still in Sydney office...Their response is very rude and same as 4 month before.. Any idea what they are doing and when to expect test???

That’s right...but in my case I had requested for name change with application and after 10months we sent them a request to Do not change the Name and Keep it as PR card.. So they should process as normal case now... But still no update just waiting ....
