I beg to differ. The way IRCC opted for 3 weeks draw on couple occassions when it looked CRS was finally going to drop below 440, the 440 theory merits it place. Hence, me taking ielts for 5th time trying to gain 3 writing points:mad::mad::mad:.

Congrats. Get your documents ready now. Can you please share the Writing material you used . I am sitting Ielts soon for 5th time and need to pull Writing to 7.5 to get 3 more points. Thanks.

I hate IELTS, but taking a gamble and trying it for one last chance. Tired of spending all this $$ and time on IELTS when IRCC is not even transparent on when it will hold draws, thus the 3 weeks draw trick to maintain CRS 440. If this does not work out, I will call my Canadian dream quit.

At 439 and don't think CRS will drop to that level this year so registered for my 5th IELTS today. Can increase 3 points in writing. Anyone got some excellent writing and listening material to practice. Will really appreciate that.

No one is asking anything for free here. We are investing our time and resources and can expect transparency in return, otherwise there is no difference between a 3rd world country and Canada. I am all for not wasting any ITA so have no issues whatsoever with any measures that contribute to...

IRCC needs to do 2 things going forward: 1. Be trasparent about draws. Eg. draws will be conducted every 14 days and incase the 14th day falls on a holiday, the draw will be held on next business day 2. Make people ineligible to apply for EE for 1/2 years who decline ITA more than once

Instead of wasting an ITA that many are praying for, why don't you change your work experience to 2 years. That will give you 2-3 more weeks, until next draw, to sort out your documentation issue while maintaing your profile creation date. In the meantime, someone will be able to get that...

My prediction for tomorrow: 440 and above: Calm, soothing, and pleasent eyes and minds 439 and below: Raining, lightning, and thunderstorming eyes and minds :D:D:D:D:D

If IRCC is to skip draw this Wednesday, it will be crystal clear that they do not want CRS to fall below 440 this year...which will be heartbreaking for many people including me

I am at 439 and still doubting my chances given the trends and also the tactic CIC using this year so far

4 more days and likely same frustration for below 440s candidates...will be delightful to see 439 or 438 for a change but not holding my breath for that

Looks like there is hardly any chance for 439 either through EE OR OINP this year.
