Hey guys, So im just about to send in my application but im really confussed do i put the principle applicants form on top of everything or the application to sponsor form...... and for each forms to separate them i put paper clips on....is that ok or should i just put it under one paper clip...

Since ive became an PR ive been out of country for about 2 years... on the website it says that i have to be in canada for 3 years within four years. Does the three year have to be from the day i became a PR???
