India and US PCC while application. Netherlands PCC can only be obtained once you have a letter from IRCC. AOR aug1st, then on Aug 14th got an email asking for netherlands PCC and the BG went to NA. I uploaded the netherlands PCC on Sept 15th. Dont even know whats gonna happen next.
