Yes. 5 days is the standard time to receive portal 1. If you don't receive it within such timeframe, you can call IRCC and request that they send it again.

If I were you, I would order GCMS notes to have the formal status as the full application. As per the biometrics, that's rare, but it happens. You could wait until they send you the bio request letter; or try to see if you are near a vac centre that can take her biometrics without the bio...

No, but I called IRCC today. They confirmed that my Criminality check was passed. I also asked what's next, and I was told that "is pending for the officer to finalize the application" (whatever that means).

I think they've been pretty fast in my case. The problem has been the RCMP. They've been doing my criminality check since Jan 25 and still in process.
