What can i do if my mother doesn't have birth certificate ?

Hi there, We are expecting our third child, our elder one just started school this year (4.5 year's old), younger one is 2.5 year's old. How can we get some domestic help during and after delivery ? We don't have any family members here ! Can we bring any care takers or nanny from outside...

That's why it confuses us but when my wife called CIC, they told she can stay here for 6 more months from August but we don't have any proof with us if they ask in future !

Hi there, I'm planing to sponsor my mother, she doesn't have her birth certificate,can i still sponsor her with other documents like my birth certificate, both of our passports and her other ID's proofs from home country etc.. or applicants birth certificate is mandatory ?
