Did you get any updates regarding her medicals, does anything shows in CIC account as "medical received or passed" ?

Hi there, I'm in the same boat, I'm trying to upload the previous medical and see what happens. Are you doing new medicals for your mom ?

The reason is the case officer didn't bother to check any of the previous applications !

CIC requested to do medical but they are not aware that applicants have done it before. Case officers are not bothered to go back and check all their previous application, that's the issue.

Hello Folks, Does any of your parents have already done medicals for any other immigration application in the last 12 months ? If yes, could you submit the same results for their PGP medical request and got approved. As per CIC, medicals are valid for 12 months. Kindly confirm.

Received medical request (via CIC message). Kindly updated the tracker @robertp & @YULIA-2016 FYI: My mom had undergone medicals within Canada for her visitor visa extension this year (2019) but CIC still asked for medical as a part of her PGP PR application. Hope this helps :)

@YULIA-2016 & @robertp I just checked my ecas, Sponsorship Application Status : Decision Made. I didn't receive any other email or mail . What does this mean, is it approved or declined ? Thanks .....

To my knowledge, applicants country. If parent's (applicant) at the time of application is here in Canada, most of the time their file will be processed within Canada but it can go to their home country as well !

Our file has reached Mississauga office :)

Hello Folks, Kindly share your experience, which applicants received faster PR, applicants within Canada, India or applicants reside in USA ? If applicant goes back to their home country or visit USA for 6 months or so (as visitor), Should I inform CIC in the middle of the processing or not ?

My mom is with me in Canada now but she is going back to her home country (India) for few months and then going to stay in USA for 6 months, When should I inform CIC about this changes ? Thanks,

You can find UCI on any letters CIC might have send you in the past for your PR/Citizenship etc... or on your immigration document such as a PR card, study or work permit etc... Kindly wait for couple of days or a week and a half before you check your ECAS status according tho the trend now...
