    Because Sydney office forgot your app, they did not process your app, not transfer it to Vancouver office, so you must wait until they discover it and transfer

    No. If your app is at Vancouver office, location must be Primary office and secondary office is Sydney.

    I think you are unlucky. Sydney office will check background first basically before transfer your app to secondary office (local office). If Sydney office don't do anything, it is still at Sydney forever (RCMP/CSBA not started). So i think your app got stuck at Sydney office which was not...
