Yes i got visa approved a day before yesterday after a refusal with same reason.

I got non sds visa approved with 6.5 overall with 5.5 in speaking . If you have good academic background then you'll definitely get visa and the most important thing is SOP.

It doesn't depends only on bands scores.....if you have good academic profile then you'll get offer letter from university of regina or Saskatchewan polytechnic
