Yes HCP and Masters both are greyed out if you try to register as a new user, if already a user then no issues. Quite strange! Do one thing, drop a mail to this ID OINP.technical-POCI.technique@ontario.ca. state the problem with screenshots and request for extension

Hi All - I wanted to understand what is considered a AOR for OINP- is that the mail you get immediately (withinf few secs) after you submit application via e-portal?

It might be browser issue for you, try and use a different browser as it is working fine for me.

what is the issue you are facing?

I feel there is a pattern emerging this year, draws are being conducted twice a month, so if it is every 2nd week or with gap of three weeks doesn't really matter, looks like they have decided to issue ITAs in the range of 3000 each draw twice per month.

On their website average processing time is shown as 30-60 days. From what you mentioned above it seems processing is taking considerably longer which is quite disappointing.

I also faced same issue but it is back to normal now.

how long it took for you from submission to AOR? And could you please also tell what are all the stages/status post submission.

I also did the same as you. As per other threads in this forum this was the recommended approach.

Yes it has to be once you submit all documents post ITA. Meanwhile you can get the affidavit made to save time.

Must say you have caused confusion for me as well, your handle has a different name than actual name you mentioned unless you used fictitious names in your query. Best option here is to get an affidavit made that John Allen and John Allen smith are one & the same person and attach along with LOE.

Do I also need to show all positions held within the company?
