Without that email you cannot submit FP. So it’s best to call IRCC and tell them that you have not received any email if you don’t get it in next couple of days. You have only 30 days to submit so make sure call IRCC and have them send an email with letter attached.

AOR is sent to email and not physical address. As you are able to login to tracker and it has moved past AOR now, forget about AOR. I’m assuming you received it but you don’t recognize or recall it since you could login to tracker. And it is normal.

After how many days of ghost update did you get finger print request? And is that request in tracker or you got an email as well? I have a case similar to yours, my BG is completed but in progress for spouse and she had a GU on 16 and 20 Dec. So wondering if GU was for FP request but not...

Your best bet is to call and check, might have sent it to a wrong email id. You wouldn’t get to know in such a case unless you call them.

Ecas changed to “in process” Hoping for tracker to reflect that change in coming days. Difficult to say if it’s a glitch or real update

No email, just a date change in tracker. That’s the reason it’s called a ghost update, you wouldn’t even know if you did not notice a change in date on top.

Not exactly opens an application but makes an update to the file which will most likely be visible few days later as a status change or in some cases no change at all depending on what has been updated.

It will stay in that status until background check is done. More granular details can only be seen in the tracker.

All should get AOR. Check spam, and also check spouse’s email, depending on which Id you provided in child’s application it will go there.
