If your employer agrees to give you their login information for sinp registration then you can check the status by yourself as well.. I guess either your lawyer or employer is misguiding you.. I have been living in saskatchewan from last 3 years .. I never heard That sinp took more than 1 month...

They never take 1 year just to register the employer.. It is very easy process and needs to be done online by employer.. They only have to provide business information to sinp.. They review the business information , if they find business is authentic they give approval to it..

yea you are right... But it only takes couple of weeks for employer to get his business registered with SINP and for employees it generally takes 3 to 4 weeks for 1 position..if employer wants to get approval for number of positions then it might take 2 months..

I agree, most of the time they would ask you documents before issuing a nomination letter..

The right procedure is go to saskjobs.ca and keep applying for suitable job positions.. But i would like to suggest you that there is a little probability that someone get hired without being present in canada.. Try to find a trustworthy lawyer or consultant who can help you out to get job...

check you inbox and spam email .. If your status is blank it means your file has been rejected and put on pending status as well..

Inbox me your qualifications and your exp .. I might suggest you something for other province also..

it means they did not accept your file in 250 applications.. If in case you are able to get approval letter from sask employer then you can add that in your application.. Pending status means you dont need to create another application in future .. You just need to add documents ..

No its not a simple job letter... It is called approved letter from sinp.. First you have to find an employer who is willing to hire you .. Then they will contact sinp and explain them the job position and job duties they are offering you.. Sinp will review all those stuff and will match your...

We should keep in mind sask govt always give priority to those candidates who are already in saskatchewan and having job approval letter in 0, A or B category.. i have some friends who applied sinp in 2013 and still waiting for their nominations.. So we should not expect our nominations before 8...

You dont need to get LMO in sask for sinp.. Just find an employer who can provide you approved job offer letter .. You just need to include that in your application along with other required documents..

No, the job approval letter will only work in sask .. If you are thinking of other province then you have to look for labour market opinion (LMO) which is very difficult to get nowadays..

Usually companies wont hire a foreign worker until and unless you have a mediator in canada.. If you have any relatives they can approach any lawyer or consultant to get letter through them.. But it will cost you a alot of money..
