The problem with your application is that your letter of employment reference doesn’t show your salary. Otherwise review will not have been required.

Besides, your comment is confusing. In one breath you said that RCMP PCC is not required, and in another you state it’s required and should be provided to reduce processing time. Which is it?

please can you share a link that states that inland applicants require RCMP PCC because I have seen applications approved in the past without this requirement.

Ok All that’s is required is the PCC from countries you’ve stayed in for up to 6 months.

I still wonder where you guys get the idea that RCMP is required for application.

This is false.

You know this is not true. They don’t require an applicant to provide RCMP PCC provided it’s an FSW programme. They conduct the check themselves as they have access to it.
