:D Dude, for Canada PR you need to show everything. Where you are, what you do, status if not in the country of origin. Illegal stay in the US is a BIG red flag!!

Never heard of PCC with respect to address. All that's mentioned on CIC website is, COUNTRY OF RESIDENCY, and anywhere you've lived for 6 or >6 months. Been reading mixed opinions on various threads. I wonder how people in the past have been going about it?
