It means they did not consider any counting between 1 January 2020 and 31 dec 2020 . Even the quota was reached , those applications will be considered for processing .

Depends on the visa officer . Best thing you can send another mail with explanation letter and put all the info tracking number of yiur previous application , when it was received etc along with photos and mail them to same adeesss

This seems like only for elder caregiver not for childcare

I think till March 15 they will clear out the back log . And will put on hold people who are after that and they gave them temp file number so that they can relax themselves

One of my known application was received on feb 4th . And they got biometrics in nov. but most of biometrics are closed so they did not do yet .

Only if it’s returned . If it is rejected then RPRF fee is returned , not the application fee , biometrics fee and work permit fees

You have to inform immigrantion, you have to sent them webform . Telling them all details . And there’s is some specific template for that . I can not find right now . But once you send it to IRCC through webform . You will get reply back that you can start working with new employer

Yes you can work for another employer , but there was a rule came in that you gave to inform them in a specific format who was your old employer and who will be your new employer and you need to mention your tracking number of your Pr file to them .

They just started feb first week applicants .. still some January last week didn’t get aor yet . Therefore for July still you have to wait
