Just an update 4th Jan 2021 from cyprus outside has got visa stamped hccp

It’s all about statistics report to show their performance and processing times. As 2021 and 2022 was not during pandemic times so they try to process them early so that they can show their processing times normal . Because they know 2019 and 2020 is already delayed and don’t care .
