Yes, the confirmation was thru email which went to junk. I can also see the same message with the attached letter in the view correspondence section on SINP profile.

NOC 0124 I can see that it is removed from the in-demand occupation list probably on 3rd or 4th Jan 2018. I hope the applications submitted prior to that are still accepted by the officials.

I don't think it should be a problem as long as it is signed and stamped by branch manager. For your peace of mind, you can share the new statement with SINP officials via email once your application is in progress.
