Hoping its just a glitch. Did you order notes? Cus I did not,which is why I am more worried.

I did 3 days back.no reply. They say only reply to urgent emails within 48 hours.rest they can take upto 28 days. They are only wasting our time by not sending the ADR. Do you think it could be a glitch? Because even the status says submitted and not action required. Thanks.
