File gets transferred only after the sponsor approval is done. Applicants eligibility is determined by NDVO. Hope this answers.

Yes it says application received ever since the file was transferred to NDVO

Yeah same with me ... my spouse was non-accompanying for my application and the sponsorhip file now is gone to the super punctual NDVO in Jan 2020.. and since then its dead.

Lol, for us the status is like this from day 1 ? The statuses on GCKEY makes no sense

Ours too got transferred to NDVO on 13 Jan 2020 and dead silence since then. Let me know if you see some changes on ECAS or if any Pre Arrival letter
