    U don't need to raise webform if u haven't submitted it. Just attach a Letter of Explanation in ur application saying that u misunderstood the question hence gave wrong info but u fix it post ITA. You will be fine :)

    Hi, could u guys help me with my gcms note please. Page 2 says my overall status of eligibility: not started. But there is 1 part says “Application 14 Old value: Passed - Candidate; New value: Not Started” Does that mean my Eligibility has passed at some point or it hasn’t started processing...

    Same thing happened to me and I even submitted the application. I just raised the web form with correct UCI and they have updated it. Don't worry it's not a big deal.

    Yes, u can give IELTS while in the pool and update it later, and yes, u can use your highest result but not combine between different tests.

    Biometric was not mandatory before 2018. There are many people including me who got study permit and work permit without biometric before so we are not exempted. It shows in the worksheet that more people who didn't give biometric in the past 10 years than people who did...

    you can only choose 2-year program/certificate because none of your degrees is equivalent to 3 years or more program in Canada

    Query regarding hours

    30 hours per week x 52 weeks. All hours above 30 don't count. If you have 1 week less than 30 hrs (lets say 28 hours), you will need extra 2 hrs on the 53rd week to make up.
