I'm in the same situation (except it was a visa for USA. It was rejected around 10 years ago, and I've had 2 visas since then, with extensive travel.) Should I raise a CSE?

In the question for visa Refusal I selected no. I was refused a US visa around 10 years ago, (I applied a year later and have had 2 since then, with extensive travel history). Should I be concerned?

If your score is processed and it higher than the minimum score for ITA it's definitely posible. I got ITA 24 hours after I submitted my EE profile as my score was higher than the cutoff.

In that case you do need to send both.

You only have to send the highest degree. So if you got your bachelors in India but have a master's from NZ, the masters will suffice.
