I am also n the same boat like many . I had contacted IRCC and they mentioned there is some technical issue with the new tracker and the technical team is working on it. So hopefully she said by Monday things will be resolved else we can again call and give complaint if the tracker doesn't work...

Probably, because your application is done and you are a Canadian Citizen with the passport. We can only have assumptions...the real reason or any logic would be never known.LOLZ!

This is truly a test of patience. What kind of attitude is this with IRCC. there should be some 'body' for taking action on them or probably reprimanding them

Yes I did call and they gave a very reply as we see in tracker as 'In Process' and they don't have any further information :((

I feel Mississauga office is also in the category of slowest offices. As I had given my test in May this year and till now no Oath invite has been sent. Waiting desperately!
