    I'd second this. In SDS almost everything is done from Edmonton/Ottawa/Windsor. Saying this on the basis of my GCMS notes. Everything was done in Canada and it was forwarded to Abu Dhabi. They reviewed file + docs and said they're satisfied and issued AIP.

    I received after after 14 days. It said: We are pleased to confirm reception of the document(s). We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration.

    Abu Dhabi VOs are real showstoppers. Rejections for no reasons, delay in almost everything, rejection after AIP, and what not. Desperately waiting to hear something from them. XD

    I mean exactly. I know there must be a load of work. But through my GCMS notes I got to know my file was transferred more than it was updated lol. Also it has PPR in outgoing with status, not started. I mean I assume they'd have systems matured enough that they can roll out those now...
