No AOR will be issued, first communication will be MR , RPRF & PCC ISA And yes Cairo applicants will be processed in Ottawa

It is not an issue in my limited experience as all your documents includes your name in the right order Also i believe CIC will check your passport copy and figure out it is typo mistake. Last thing u sent additional documents so you did all what you can do, leave the rest to God. Keep calm...
