I don't think so. Ours didn't change to "In process" at all. Ours changed to decision made after "Application received" status and we got the passport request on the same day. There were no extra lines added until "Decision made". I think it is more of choice of whose is looking at the application.

Thanks for clarifying. Mine is same as well. On PA's side, status changed to "Application Received" from "In process" after 6 days I got the file transfer email. But I received no email for this.

We too gave biometrics twice. Once for TRV and again for PR. Not sure if we have to but we did. We called biometrics collection office customer service to see if they can give us any direction. They asked us to send an email to embassy office in our home country giving them details of both...

I have another application currently under process for grant of citizenship. When I checked that application status, my sponsorship application also showed up there. However, I received AOR email for sponsorship application the next day.

I see on tracker that someone got their AOR1 on Christmas day (Dec 25). I'm now curios as I always thought AOR is only sent on workdays and kinda manual, is it automatically generated and sent? Any ideas. Just curious. Thanks.
