When we called last time.the agent said at this time they cant do anything but if we cross september 11 2018 then wewill have to call them again and at this point they can ask CIC to make thing faster.i dont really know what this date means.our aor is july 27 2017.

Well said !! I speak arabic and french fluently.for english im still learning but i can manage my self. My husband and i are scientists.we have a little girl of 5.we have several travels on our passports but all in europeens countries.we dont have any military implication...but still waiting...

Thank you for your helpful words.you are probably right.we have to move on with our lifes but it is hard to do, especially some days when we feel it so close... Hope that this waiting will end in the best way for all of us.

So it tooks more than a year and still not finalized.it is hopeless... Im happy for those who get their ppr in less than 6 months but it is so unfair for us who are waiting for a long time and still no news...

Sure you can.you will also have an automatic answer on your file to keep you updated. The call center is opened from 8am to 4pm canada time.first time we called at 5pm and the second at 2pm algeria time.we had to wait 30 min.

Ottawa.our file is processed in two vo at ottawa.first at sidney and than they transfered it at ottawa.do you know at what step does the file change the office ? I have already read(somewhere on this forum) that if your case is processed out of canada then the call center can't help because...
