    Regarding point 2- when you are resident of a different country than India, you get PCC from the local embassy which in your case is Any Dhabi. Your don't need to travel to India for it.

    I really don't think "senior" or non senior makes a difference. All medicals are valid for 1 year from the date of medical. So all applications which have not yet been approved and whose medical is about to expire are in the same boat as we are. Just for example my medical date was mid May...
