Yesterday I got an email from the UPS store saying I had new mail, and it was from the Case Processing Center. Since my application was approved early this week, I suppose it's my card. I had it forwarded and it should arrive for me on Monday. Here's hoping it's the actual card. #tense

As far as I can tell, it doesn't matter where you're from. If the photos don't match the specification, they will request new ones. Period. My case is that the face was 2 or 3mm larger than it was supposed to be. It was acceptable to issue the COPR, but not to make the card. So they requested...

Mine got to "the additional documents you provided have been uploaded" when they requested the new photos (it was "are being reviewed" before). I sent the photos on September 13th, and they received them on Sep 15. Today my application turned to "Approved", but the review of document status...

They asked to fill out a form, which is basically full name, eye color and height. Other than that, only the photos. The only communication I received was sent by the agent who got my call, right after I asked her.

I called them on Tuesday afternoon. It was the 56th day after landing (I landed on July 19th).

That's exactly my case. I only found out they needed new pictures after calling them. I sent to that address too, they should arrive tomorrow.

I mailed them. I had no option to upload, unfortunately. According to UPS, they should arrive there by Friday. I just hope it doesn't delay much, and that the card gets made as soon as they get the envelope. Here's hoping!
