What is the reason of their visit?? It looks Iike your parents visa is under security screening. It can take up to 8month.

Doesn’t it mean that they have made decision?? Eligibility is in review since October 21st...

Were you PR at that time? What was the reason of visit?

Does it mean NOA has to be after getting landed as PR? For my case 2017 NOA was as Foreign worker and 2018 NOA is as PR.

I am not worried about my NOA as my income was 60k for 2017 and 65k for 2018.

Sunlife doesn't have online option. I would have to call them tomorrow. Manulife online quote shows about 2200$ per person. That is a lot.
